My fitness philosophy is, work hard and then play harder. I love my job. Personal Training allows me the opportunity to work with individuals in the community who share the same common interests that I do. I help people work towards their fitness potential by maximizing their time inside the gym, and then maximizing their results by implementing proper nutritional strategies at home. I enjoy working with anyone who is willing to put forth the effort to make positive changes in their life, and wants to see results. Family, fun, food, and fitness are my life. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and I am finishing my B.S. emphasizing nutrition at MTSU.
